Sarah McClellan, RN, brings 13 years of dedicated skincare expertise to Injector Gadget. Her journey began as a Master Esthetician and Laser Tech, and for the past three years, she has built on that clinical foundation as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector — giving her a rare, comprehensive understanding of skin from every angle.
With deep roots in dermatology, Sarah takes an approach centered on natural, authentic results rather than the "overdone" look. She's built her reputation as the anti-intimidation injector — known for real conversations, unfiltered photos, and expectations grounded in what's genuinely achievable for each patient.
Sarah combines medical-grade skincare, peptides, and targeted aesthetic treatments to help patients achieve the best version of themselves. She sees patients at Injector Gadget's Chandler and Ahwatukee locations, as well as through concierge sessions, always prioritizing obtainable, authentic outcomes over trends.

Dr. Brit Ferrell brings over 20 years of medical expertise and leadership to Injector Gadget. Board-certified in Emergency Medicine, he has served as a medical director across multiple healthcare settings, ensuring clinical excellence and patient safety.
A certified Aesthetic Medical Director, Dr. Ferrell oversees patient care protocols at Injector Gadget, maintaining the highest standards of medical supervision. He holds an MD and MBA from UCLA and has held executive roles including Senior VP of Operations at Envision Healthcare and Medical Director at HonorHealth Osborn Emergency Department.
Focused on optimizing patient satisfaction and safety, Dr. Ferrell applies the same standards of excellence to aesthetic medicine. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Tricia, their four children, and golfing

4. Follow-up
